Betsy Gillaspy co-founded the firm in 2001 and Liz Rhode joined her as a partner in 2011. Joanne Thomas Blackburn, Heather McNamee, Claire Whittal and Chris Michali all joined as partners and enhanced the depth and breadth of the firm’s litigation and trial experience and expertise. In January of 2023, Annalie Faddis, Klarice Benn & Pamela Paluga brought their collective experience to the firm to form Gillaspy Rhode Faddis & Benn LLC. As a 100% WBNEC certified women-owned business with offices in Oregon and Washington, Gillaspy Rhode Faddis & Benn employs principles of diversity and inclusion within and in work with our clients.
