Benjamin A. Muro
Associate Attorney
A Texas native, Benjamin grew up in the Dallas metroplex area and attended the University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor of Science in Communications. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate of Law at Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law in 2012. Benjamin received his license to practice law that same year and originally focused on federal bankruptcy practice before representing plaintiffs in civil matters related to insurance compensation, particularly personal injury.
Benjamin moved to Oregon in 2019 in order to pursue a relationship with his partner (whom he has since happily married) and practices primarily in construction defect and personal injury since 2021. He is a passionate supporter of equal rights, access to justice, and the advancement of constitutional protections for all members of the community regardless of race, creed, gender identification, sexual orientation or socio-economic status. A lifelong animal lover, he also supports organizations such as the Animal Humane Society and regularly donates to causes which support the ethical treatment of animals.
Benjamin is a lifelong admirer of the visual arts and an amateur photographer in his free time. He loves spending time exploring all of the amazing places that make the Pacific Northwest unique and enjoys games involving puzzles and problem solving (such as chess).
