Brittany R. Torrence
Associate Attorney
Brittany’s practice focuses on construction defect, insurance defense, real estate law, contract law, and a variety of other areas. Brittany was nominated for an award for the ‘Best Lawyers 2021’ and is a member of the Loren Miller Bar Association (LMBA).
During her time in law school, Brittany served on the Black Law Student Association Committee local and regional boards. She was also an Article Editor for the Seattle Journal for Social Justice, where she authored a scholarly publication on the ‘Use of Force’ by police departments. Brittany has authored various case list summaries in a book on Public Employees Rights and Regulations, as well. Before joining Gillaspy Rhode Faddis & Benn LLC, Brittany served as the Diversity Committee Leader and an Associate Delegate at her prior law firm.
Brittany is an Alum for the undergraduate women’s fraternity Kappa Alpha Theta, known for being a leading women’s group. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys going hiking, playing sports, and volunteering. She can also speak three languages (French, Spanish, and Greek) in addition to English.
